We're Hiring!

Do you love working with young children and have experience in a classroom? Our non-profit, Reston child care center is growing and needs a full-time teacher. Successful candidates will be energetic, patient, loving and have experience working with young children. Applicants must have degree in a related field or a Child Development Associate (CDA). Hours may vary between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, paid holidays, a generous paid time off policy and a 401k plan with a matching benefit. Starting date is as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience

After receiving your application the center director will schedule an in-depth personal interview. Our application requires personal and professional references that demonstrate successful past performance. In addition, we will perform a background check and fingerprinting.

As an educator with more than 10 years experience , I joined Simon Children’s Center in October 2021. I never seem to get tried of working at this center. We have an amazing director who understands and always supports us. We also have an excellent team of professionals working together that make up our staff. Our center is a pleasant place for children and all of the teachers to learn and play.
